Review : Convenient Modular Helmet
My husband recently purchased this helmet for me through a dealership and I just LOVE it! I've only ever owned HJC traditional full-face helmets, but I love this modular one. I have layered hair and it would often get in my eyes while riding which is just painful, but with a modular helmet, it's so easy to get it on and off of my head that my hair is rarely in my eyes, and if by chance it does make its way to whip me in the face, I can lift my chinbar/faceshield with a simple button and adjust as needed while on the back of a bike! I also love having a water bottle on hot summer days and can easily and quickly take a drink at stop signs and traffic lights. It's also nice to cool off at said stops by lifting my chinbar/faceshield. I will confess to being a finicky passenger who easily gets uncomfortable (from hair in my eyes, thirst, or heat), but this helmet has made me a much better one because I can be more comfortable and want to go on even longer rides with my husband.
